Responsibilities
- Provide info on products, warranty, stock status, delivery dates, backorders to all clients
- Complete the order entry process
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely shipment/delivery of products
- Process backorders
- Utilize content in Salesforce
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
- working in a smoke free environment
- MS Office
- Managing inbound calls
- Updating client records
- Call Center Support
- Managing Orders
- Salesforce (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Experience level: Experienced
