Responsibilities
- Handles tracking of monthly patient funds
- Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information.
- Functions as a liaison between the client/family and facility to answer any financial/insurance related questions.
- Excellent customer service with the ability to communicate with staff, referents, clients, and families appropriately and effectively in the efforts of collecting outstanding balances.
