Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services


• service existing accounts and obtain orders 


• establish new accounts by fulfilling inbound calls 


• Familiarizing self with sales script 


• Document and update customer records based on interactions


• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or telesales 


• Ability to build rapport with clients


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Positive and professional demeanor with self motivating ,energetic spirit 


• Sales pipeline -building in a B2B environment with a demonstrated track record of over achievement of goals 


• Strong prospecting and closing skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
