Hiring for Customer Support
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone,
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific feature
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Inform customers about new features and functionalitie
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product team

SALARY : 16000 CTC 14840 IN HAND + AFTER COMPLETING 3 MONTHS RETENTION AMOUNT WILL BE 3000 + INCENTIVES
6 DAYS WORKING - ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF - 10 TO 7 TIMINGS
