eLearning Course and Asset Developer 3+ years of Instructional Design experience

eLearning Course and Asset Developer requires:

• Experience with ServiceNow preferred


• Strong background in multimedia development and graphic design

  o Go Animate(Vyond)/Powtoon

  • Proficient in Office 365, including:
  
  o Teams
  
  o SharePoint
  
  o PowerPoint
  
  o Stream
  
  o Excel
  
  o Word
  
  • Proficient in WebEx
  
  • Ability to quickly translate business scenarios and technical requirements into exercises to reinforce learning
  
  • Professional writing skills, including writing effective instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts
  
  • Professional communication skills
  
  • Detail oriented
  
  • Must be self-managed and able to respond quickly
  
  • Some understanding of technical customer services activities (preferred but not required)
  
  • Must take direction from others, especially for tasks/projects where you are not the primary developer
  
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once

eLearning Course and Asset Developer duties:

• Conduct regular reviews and adapt deliverable based upon input
  
  • Complete supporting documentation as needed
  
  • Conduct course pilot, including collecting and incorporating appropriate feedback payment of outstanding tax bill
  
  • Contacting outside vendors and requesting necessary documents
  
  • Determining appropriate course of contact-phone, fax, e-mail, written request, etc.


• Determine design/media based upon content
  
  • Organize course layout (TOC), content and create prototypes in Lectora and other development tools as needed
  
  • Work with SMEs to complete materials on schedule,
