Key Responsibilities:

• Great prospects, asses their needs and answer their questions

• Tour and present community in a compelling manner

• Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available

• Build strong working relationships with current residents by providing outstanding customer service

• Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating resident events

• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals

• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries (Include but not limited to: providing leasing information, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and creating and following up with maintenance requests)

• Perform required office tasks and coordinating paperwork related to apartment home rentals

Qualifications:

• Some college coursework

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Positive Can-Do Attitude

• Eager to work competitively with a team

• Motivated to surpass sales goals

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Sales and Customer Service experience

• Ability to successfully close a sale

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Salary: $11.00 to $14.00 /hour
