As a Production Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include product assembly, quality control, and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. This position offers the chance for career advancement, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. This may involve effective communication and coordination.

Adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Following established procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in the production process.

Assembly and Manufacturing: Assembling products on a production line, following specific instructions, and using various tools and equipment.

Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying and addressing any defects or issues.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. This may include wearing personal protective equipment and participating in safety training

Additionally, production associates may be cross-trained in different areas to be versatile within the production environment

The essential functions of this role include:
