Job Description - Achieve sales and contribution budget (beyond budget to reach 95% capacity utilisation)
- Achieve norms of inventories
- Achieve high CS score on quality and new products understand requirements of customers thoroughly
- Achieve best-in-class cost competitiveness (understand cost of components (RMs to FGs including cost of credit)
- Analyse price trends and volumes of RMs and FGs regularly and maximize prices and volumes (value based pricing)
- Become an expert in the product | product group achieve product stewardship
- Build and update KYP and product plan
- Identify new products with ability to compete and market attractiveness obtain know-hows if required
- Track market trends for regulatory aspects, LCA and initiate new product development
- Perform the role of people manager develop self and L-1s, L-2s, etc (via self-leadership first learn)
