Responsibilities

managing team of 8 to 10rm

: Include, but not limited to; Other Duties may be assigned : - Adhering to all Bank policies and procedures. - Ensure that all staff comply with Bank compliance. - Must comply with Bank compliance. - Understands and follows all robbery, emergency and safety procedures. - Provides exemplary customer service. - Responsible for meeting individual, branch and Bank sales goals through business development. These activities can be accomplished through cold calling, networking, managing a portfolio of Centers OF Influence (COI) and sales seminars, etc. - Ensuring branch profitability. This can be accomplished by increasing fee income, controlling expenses, etc. - Provide management direction to foster effective selection, development and reward subordinates. - Oversee and participate in expansion and management of consumer and business account relationships. - Prepare performance appraisals and disciplinary notices as needed. - Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand those relationships. - Open/Close branch in absence of Assistant Manager/Regional Branch Operations Manager. - Perform other operational tasks in absence of the Assistant Branch Manager /Regional Operations Managers. - Approves requests and time sheets for the assistant branch manager. - Approves teller requests and time sheets in the absence of the assistant branch manager.
