The Core Talent Services (CTS) Development Delivery team plays a crucial role in driving learning and talent development initiatives within our organization.

Position Overview: As a Learning and Development Manager within the Core Talent Services (CTS) Development Delivery team, you will play a vital role in executing and optimizing the delivery of new learning and capability development programs. Working in close collaboration with the Talent Development Center of Excellence (COE), you will contribute to the enhancement of learning experiences for our practitioners. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of various learning programs, coordinating resources, and managing the day-to-day operations, including classroom deliveries, both on-site and off-site.

Specific Duties:
  • Communicate with learners to address their requests and inquiries. Assign AWS vouchers to individual practitioners and provide instructions for redeeming vouchers and scheduling exams.
  • Reconcile VTMS (Virtual Training Management System) requests.
  • Provide stakeholder reporting data to support decision-making.
  • Manage the pipeline and process Cross Functional US and USI AWS certification requests, with an anticipated volume of 3,000.
  • Identify learners with expiring certifications and notify them of the recertification process.
  • Manage bulk voucher purchasing to ensure a consistent supply of vouchers to meet demand.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Development Leads and Managers to deliver established learning programs.
  • Execute communications in partnership with the Talent Development COE and National Meeting Services.
  • Manage day-to-day programs and delivery processes for live classroom deliveries, including those at Deloitte University, local offices, and off-site locations.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure adherence to national policies, programs, and guidelines, and manage escalations or exceptions when necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter resource on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Recommend communication strategies and project management tools to stay closely aligned with business leaders and organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to the annual plan and budget for learning and talent development activities, with oversight from Delivery Manager.
  • Continuously identify and implement delivery process improvements to increase efficiency and elevate the quality of learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Specialists and Lead Specialists, ensuring appropriate resources are leveraged for the successful execution of the CTS vision.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Project management skills.
