Randstad is hiring Production / Machine Operators and Packers! VIAM Mfg is the leading producer of floor mats for the automotive industry. You will work with machines ranging from L-Sealer, Injection Mold, Extrusion, Compression, sewing and a variety of others.
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
We offer weekly pay and referral bonuses up to $600 per referral! $300 New Hire Bonus for night shift positions! 6p-4:30a or 5p-3:30a
We are currently working OT hours and are paying DOUBLE TIME for your 7th day. We offer flex or full time options! Flex options are 5 days a week, no additional OT required!

Responsibilities
- Learn to run a variety of small machines
- Assembly
- Grommeting
- Packing per packing instuctions
- Uphold quality expectations
- Industrial Sewing Machine Operation
- Auto robot machines
- Sewing
- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 10 hours at one time
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
- Monitoring
- Moving Material
- Experience level: Entry Level
