Job Description
Location: Pune/Hyderabad Exp: 7 to 12 Years Determine the root cause for the customer identified defect in the incoming and outgoing data including: Comparing API requests and responses against the customers recommendation for the response Determining mismatches between the input and output as well as overall quality of the merchant location record elements included in the response Use various sources of information (Snowflake data sources, Excel files and Merchant's website) to determine the correct values that should be stored for the merchant and returned via the API. Use your SQL skills to interrogate request and response in Snowflake data sources. Use your data analysis skills to infer the correct response from the customer's feedback. Use your excel skills to. add/manage and submit changes to the location data via excel templates. Test deployed fixes in production to ensure the problem is resolved. Support senior data scientists in data quality. Provide daily updates on progress to team leads and managers. Use existing PowerBI reports to review results of data quality. Ideal Candidate Will Have Solid experience in SQL and be able to work on multiple different SQL environments. Prior experience in joining large data sets, searching, and aggregating data. Prior experience in a data driven API environment (request/response) and tracing data flow. Experience coordinating and prioritizing tasks with other resources on the project. Prior experience in data quality and defect analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with Snowflake is desired but not required. Previous experience with reporting tools is nice to have. Previous experience in Python is nice to have.
