Job description:


1. Generate leads through cold calling which should lead to Conversion (should know about how to sell Web Services).



2. Lead Generation: Find the prospects/leads through online bidding (Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Jigsaw, Hoovers, etc.)


3. Qualifying the leads, processing the leads by cold calling, email campaigns, and converting the leads into opportunities.


4. Database building and sorting. Follow up on all the old leads.


5. Creation of proposals, sending Proposals, Order Processing, and payment follow-ups.


6. Selling our services to global customers.


7. Work closely with the team to meet the targets; Assigning targets to the team and taking timely reports from the team.


8. Interacting with customers and the project development team for smooth execution of a project to ensure client retention.


9. achieving the monthly sales target / exceeding the target.


10. E-mail campaigns, planning marketing strategies, organizing and implementing marketing plans to enhance market strategies.


11. Regaining existing clients by regular communication and providing proper updates on ongoing projects.


12. Analyze the various new business methods in the market to generate leads.


13. Display understanding of web development and quality management process.
