Job Description

1.Assist customers daily in opening and closing accounts, and cross-sell related products such as overdraft protection; refer other sales opportunities such as college financial planning to appropriate personal banker
2.Help customers with tasks such as resolving account issues, putting in special account instructions, making wire and telephone transfers, and handling stop payments
3.Meet with manager to set and exceed sales goals for a diverse customer base
4.Help customers understand what is happening with their money and to feel confident in the bank s ability to help
5.Take over bank teller duties when needed, maintaining top quality in front-line coverage
