An Operations Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Weston, FL area. This role entails independently planning and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules, and utilizing engineering plans to coordinate resources for efficient manufacturing.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans.
- Maximize the utilization of organizational resources.
- Meet production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, and quality standards.
- Utilize engineering plans, contracts, and production specifications for planning.
- Estimate human resources, tools, and equipment needed for manufacturing.
- Analyze production data to ensure the timely flow of materials.
- Make adjustments to schedules for backlogs, design changes, or shortages.
