Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Sales Team Leader located in Noida. The incumbent will manage a team and assist them in achieving sales targets by identifying personal loan leads, building relationships with customers, and maximizing service offerings. The Team Leader will oversee the team's performance in terms of customer service and sales, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
