• Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting-edge technology, they are now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while simultaneously diversifying into multiple channels
  
  Job Responsibility
  
  Leading a team of RMs and CSMs
  Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors
  Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
  Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
  Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
• Key Skills: Key Skills: Good Communication skills
  
  Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience
  handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager
