Job Title:Senior Business development Executive


Job Role:

The Senior Business development Executive is one who is responsible for setting up meetings with corporate Admin, marketing dept., procurement dept. for the sales manager to generate sales orders. Also responsible for generate sales from the companys online portal.


Key Responsibilities:

Data sourcing and management.

Contact potential clients and set up meeting and appointments.

Handle online portals to generate sales and taking appointment with potentials clients.

Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager.


Task and activities:

Data sourcing and management

Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, and google search for the decision maker of corporate companies from Admin, marketing dept., procurement dept. of the companies from our serviced industries (link removed)>

Location Mumbai: Andheri East, Powai, BKC, Kalina, Ghatkopar west (LBS), Vidyavihar west, vikhroli west, Kurla.

Employee strength: 100 employees.

Maintain the database on the internal template of the organization.



Contact potential clients and set up meeting and appointments

Spending time on minimum connected 30 calls per day with decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales manager also try to close order on calls.



Handle online portals to generate sales and taking appointment with potentials clients

Deeply go through the companys individual portal and find out relevant leads and call, messages and follow up till they convert them into order.

Answer direct calls and direct leads and more.


Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager

Once youve achieved xyz closing in a month continuously you will be promoted as business development manager.



Skills: strategy building, forecasting, goal setting, reseach and analysis, negotiation, active listening, rapport building, communication, public speaking, strong follow-up, Ms office.


Knowledge: social media= linkedin, target customer, printing industry, need problem of the customer, printing product sales process.


Self image: confident, industry expert, calm, bold, go-getter, professional, strong, ethical, listener

Motives: Generate quality leads, hungry for growth, adding value, motivate, growth of team, close deals, build relationship, money making, grow organization, troubleshoot customer issues, value creation, constant learning.


Education: graduation
