Hardware computer knowledge is a must.
Basics on how to assemble, diagnose problems and fixing it.
You have to know basics of hardware and software installation.
You will appointed as halucinate technical head , who takes care of all problems in halucinate branches
Also other small accounting and excel sheet maintenance
One more responsibility is to take of customer queries and handle them.
