Position Description

This role will participate with a 3 person unit supporting Infrastructure, primarily a Windows environment. The top priority for this role is to triage incidents, isolating and resolving the issue to ensure IT assets and resources are available and operational from an Infrastructure perspective. Monitoring assets, performance, behavior, etc. using a variety of tools and technologies will be within this role’s responsibilities. This role must possess advanced knowledge of PowerShell and scripting. Candidates must have an advanced understanding of network concepts and principles. Candidates must be able to communicate verbally and written, and must possess the ability to document assets, configurations, or technologies through diagrams, operational or procedural documents, spreadsheets, etc.

Skills Required

Experience Required

Candidates must have 10 years of experience in at least 3 of the technologies below. Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Microsoft System Center Orchestrator Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019 Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, Certificate Services, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.) Microsoft Azure (IaaS) ExtraHop

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with advance education in fields related to position or equivalent experience
