Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services using company script

Answer questions about product or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirement and close sales

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Key Skills needed for the Job:

Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power. (Being rude never gets you anywhere)

Should be able to work with a Team.

Requirements:

UG: Any SSLC, PUC, Any Graduate

Experience 0.6 - 1 Years

Languages:English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil other languages will be an advantage.
