Pay:

Up to $170.00 per day, with opportunities to advance career

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Follow the established curriculum and deliver the provided lesson plans.
• Establish professional relationships with students and parents.
• Instruct students in the basic skills needed for daily living and independent living.
• Provide feedback to parents on their children's performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and support the school in its efforts to improve student outcomes.
• Maintain a clean classroom and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Ohio Substitute License (nice to have) (Preferred)
• Professional Teachers License (any state) (nice to have) (Preferred)
• Alternative Resident Educator Cert (nice to have) (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and other staff members.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
