Responsibilities
2nd SHIFT ONLY: Thurs, Fri, Sun, Mon 2 pm - 10:30 pm & Sat 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
- Reviewing first party fraud or digital zelle transactions to verify that transactions are authorized
- Alert comes in for various reasons, determining if transactions look fraudulent or legitimate
- No inbound calls, may have to make outbound calls as necessary to let customer know theyve taken action on account (restrain account, hold account, etc.)
- Mitigate risk by effectively authenticating the identity of customers to prevent further fraudulent activity.
- Reviews, verifies and/or identifies customer transactions to detect/prevent fraud, policy violations or resolve merchant disputes in order to mitigate and/or recover losses.
- Monitors and reviews complex account activity requiring research that may involve multiple transaction channels and products to reach resolution using multiple systems and applications.
