Responsibilities
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Operate tube bending machinery according to provided specifications and production schedules.
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper bending angles, dimensions, and quality.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during the bending process.
- Complete production records and reports as required.
- Previous experience as a Tube Bender Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in setting up and operating tube bending machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
- strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Basic math skills and understanding of measurements.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Willingness to work the specified shift (2nd or 3rd shift).
