Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance surrounding the Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WLM application. The Consultant will have experience supporting or implementing supply chain software, preferably WLM. As a client-facing role, the Consultant must always maintain a professional demeanor and will travel frequently to visit client sites and interact in-person with client teams.

Performing time studies for machines and processes

Configuring Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WLM application to meet customer needs

Developing metrics, KPIs, predictive signals, and labor reporting

Troubleshooting and training application issues as they are reported

Assisting site operations with the Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) user interfaces

Providing training to site resources

Writing functional specifications for modification, interface, report, and/or label requirements

Authoring and/or reviewing system and procedural documentation

Here's what you need:

Minimum of 1 year of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WLM experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)
