Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and manage student registration documents, including archiving and data entry.
• Oversee and maintain accurate records of invoices, reports, and communication logs.
• Create insightful reports for businesses by compiling and sharing monthly school performance data.
• Coordinate and ensure timely scheduling of driving lessons, confirming each session with students.
• Ensure instructor schedules and availability are coordinated, ensuring optimal resource use.
• Address customer questions regarding driving school courses, services, and road test reservations.
• Respond attentively to e-mails, phone calls, and messages from both potential and existing customers.
• Address all customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Procure and oversee office essentials inventory, ensuring supplies are always stocked.
• Monitor office devices' functionality, scheduling regular maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
• Systematize office activities and tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting administrative needs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations by communicating with regulatory and licensing authorities.
• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Completion of high school.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor complemented by a warm, customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvements.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in preparing and processing documents, including reports and correspondence.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
