Job Description:
Answer calls, check voicemails, and direct them to the appropriate department or concerned persons.
Greet visitors and answer their queries.
Schedule appointments of the employer.
Prepare a variety of high-quality written letters and other documents.
Photocopy, fax, file, and other general admin and clerical duties as required.
Schedule conferences within the department.
To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
Supervise and train other office support staff if needed.
Maintain and update clients database, organize and maintain client files and records.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.
Job Requirements:
Completion of High School.
Post-Secondary education and/or atleast 6 months work experience in Administrative position.
