Position Description Greet all customers upon arrival to our office. On Site Role no remote Determine validity of documentation and/or identification presented. Direct customers to kiosks to complete the application process. Assist customers at the kiosks when needed. This person would be standing, walking around and sitting. Provide back up with opening mail, verifying information on certificates. Data entering in the system database while ensuring data is accurate. Skills Required Friendly personality Ability to be on your feet Professionalism, teamwork, critical thinking & problem solving. Attention to detail. Experience Required Customer service experience. Face to face customer service (our folks do not work from home) Education Required HS or GED Education Preferred Associate degree
