They are calling it a Data Modeler role..
For data modeling role, the person would ideally have healthcare business background who can do data profiling, can brainstorm on use cases with our users, and then design the data model keeping JSON structure in mind and how Snowflake handles updates and deletes (data model design will be influenced by Snowflake's technical strengths for data processing: selects, updates, deletes and inserts). And then being able to socialize the design with internal technical team and users/external stakeholders. Finally, create the source-target mapping on how to populate the target data model from various sources, applying necessary business logic and filtering, and discuss this mapping document with the data pipeline developers.
