WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of IT Network Engineer L2 for its client based in Makati City and Mandaluyong.

This is for direct hiring and for a role.

Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues - level 2 issues
- Planning and implementing network infrastructure projects and technology initiatives based on the customer or business requirements
- Performing routine network optimization to ensure efficient data flow
- Maintaining network configurations, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensure the reliability and security of network devices
- Identifying issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party support partners to ensure smooth integration of client network systems
- Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Good English communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in either Makati or Mandaluyong
- Must be willing to work night shift
