Our primary principle of high-quality and high-value service delivered through clear communications, measurable ROI, transparent processes, and 360 attention to each clients unique requirements in building out their campaigns have helped drive our companys reputation as one of the leading SEO and Digital Marketing Agencies in North America.We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results driven Off-Site SEO Strategist who lives to weave the perfect link building strategy spiderweb that delivers the maximum impact and exposure to our clients campaigns. Highly analytical, unafraid of experimentation and guided by a data driven approach, our ideal candidate recognizes that link building is not simply a thing to be checked off the list , but is actually more of an exercise in creativity and strategic planning to ensure that the campaigns of our national roster of clients get the attention and audience it deserves.This is a full-time remote position.Salary: $60,000-65,000 / yearWorking Hours: CST or EST (9am - 5pm EST)Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Experimenting with new link building techniques, outreach methods, and new tweaks to our current strategies, in the constant effort to provide the best quality links for our clients Monitoring link building impact, constantly making fine adjustments Communicating with internal and external resources to fulfill the link building vision Planning client strategy, including keyword research, anchor text, and target URLs Acting as the Quality Control point for all links by constantly auditing what is being built by our link department Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in building SEO links and strategies Have proven experience building or overseeing link-building campaigns, running experiments within link-building itself 3+ years as SEO Strategist or similar role in a digital marketing agency Has at least 1+ year of experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar marketing environment Has experience with the following tools: Ahrefs or Majestic, Google Sheets, Screaming Frog Comfortable working in US time zones Great organizational and time management skills Benefits Monthly guest speakers (everything from house plants to mixology sessions) Ten federal holidays off per year An additional 15 days of PTO Office is closed last week of the year (still PTO) You receive fancy laptop + any monitor needs Healthcare reimbursement plan Sponsored mental health program This Position Is Perfect For You If Link building excites you and you can explain why it's so critical to overall SEO results Love learning new strategies and following the latest SEO trends Be autonomous as a default but ask questions regularly Change should be a constant for you.
