A services company in California is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff Remotely as their new Paid Search Manager. In this role, the Paid Search Manager (Remote) will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across paid search channels, primarily Google and Microsoft, including in-platform adjustments to budget pacing, keywords, campaign structure, and targets using a data driven approach to ensure channel adherence to company policy and achievement of company goals.
Responsibilities:
The Paid Search Manager (Remote) will:
Oversee traffic acquisition efforts for paid search channels and collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams as well as external partners and agencies on strategy and operational excellence
Monitor performance and optimization of campaigns, bidding strategies, and budget and tROAS adjustments
Engage and collaborate with internal SEO team on relevant target keywords to increase the strength of paid search campaigns and to align efforts across multiple marketing channels
Partner with the Design & Copywriting team to facilitate creative updates, ensuring campaign freshness and helping to eliminate ad fatigue
Seek to expand or focus PMax, Shopping, and Search campaigns, maximizing spend and efficiency through a lens of innovation and responsible risk-taking
Test new strategies such as geo-targeting, Betas, ad copy and creative updates, and landing page experiences with a goal of continued improvements and optimization to the channel
Create and disseminate reports and dashboards to the organization to correctly demonstrate and visualize channel performance against goals and past performance
Utilize performance reporting to inform decisions around optimization and continuous improvement measures within the channel, ensuring data-driven decisions are at the forefront of channel management
Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise with industry updates and news
Effectively communicate performance, needs, and channel forecasting to leadership to advocate for resources and ensure channel and company success
Perform other duties, as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Paid Search Campaign Management, including PPC, PLA, and LIA across both Google and Microsoft
Mastery of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics platforms
Experience building campaigns from scratch as well as optimizing and iterating on existing campaigns, aligning both to the same set of goals
Skilled with Excel for data reporting or other data analytics/visualization tools (Looker Studio or Power BI)
Understanding of feed management and optimizations to the GMC as well as solid knowledge of GTM implementations
Strong project management skills

Applicable certifications in Google and Microsoft suites
Relevant experience in eCommerce settings, specifically luxury or high ticketed items
