Seeking Senior ServiceNow Engineers for Remote Assignment in Adelphi, MD or Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Duties and Responsibilities: ServiceNow Platform administration, configuration and development including: Business Rules, Workflows, UI, Client Scripts, Security, Web Services Integration. Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB implementation. IT Service Management and ITIL principles and practices. UI and UX design and usability principles. Requirements elicitation. Training material development and dissemination to employees. KPI, Report, Dashboard and Web Page development and implementation. Workflow and forms development. In depth CMDB, Discovery and ITSM Knowledge. Qualifications: Active DoD-issued Secret Clearance is a MUST 5-10 years' experience with ServiceNow Platform administration, configuration and development. 5-10 years' experience working with ServiceNow CMDB implementation. Experience with developing training material and disseminating them to employees. In depth CMDB, Discovery and ITSM Knowledge. Additional Information: This role is remote based in Adelphi, MD and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The client's standard benefits include 3 weeks of Paid time off (including sick leave). Any unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary. They also provide 2 floating and 8 public holidays. Floating and holidays expire at the end of every year of service of an employee. In addition, the client will cover 50% of health and dental insurance only for all full-time employees, however, dependents can be added at extra cost. Employee's health and dental coverage becomes effective after 30 days or first of the month after an employee completes initial 30 working days, we cover 50% for the employee's health and dental insurances. An employee must finish all their paperwork for health and dental in the first 30 days of their employment. The client also provides STD, LTD and one time salary equivalent of life insurance at NO cost to all full-time employees. All full-time employees or w-2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in the company's 401k program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting.
