Must have a strong overall understanding of SAP ECC modules. Must have strong (very) communication skills written and verbal Job Description: Client is looking to add an SAP FICO Lead with a Tax and Treasury background to help support their existing SAP ECC instances globally. ensure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed (i.e. scope, design, test plans, issues and cutover lists, project plans). Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communications and deliverables. Facilitate the issue resolution process by tracking the status of issues in process. Ability to quickly learn the end-to-end business operations Proactively work with business stakeholders to comprehend the requirements and pain points Evaluate and map SAP solutions to solve business problems Stay on top of the deliverables to keep up with the committed SLA's Be a continuous communicator and team player to deliver the best results Independently lead the module and drive & participate in business discussions Provide recommendations, solutions in various processes. Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address customer concerns Configure the SAP system to meet business objectives and according to SAP best practice Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs Work Environment This is a closed network supporting a DOD customer that is complementary to the intelligence community. It is a team-oriented environment. They are looking for extremely technical individuals but also very personable. This highly classified agency infrastructure is a global infrastructure that is mainly Windows and Cisco based. The work is very mission critical and will continue to operate no matter what is going on in the world. This is a 250-person program (approx. at full capacity). Work Environment 4 days on site at the Abbott campus in North Chicago and one day remote is suitable. Additional Skills The resource needs to have excellent written and verbal communication. The IT Directors do not have time to proofread communications before they go out to corporate entities.
