Vantage Point is looking for a qualified candidate to join their 100% remote team as a Salesforce Developer! This individual will be responsible for deriving requirements from clients, designing & developing solutions per the specifications utilizing Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning, and other compatible technologies. The role of the Salesforce Developer is integral to the high satisfaction of Vantage Points clients through the development of scalable, high-quality (link removed) services, and solutions.

This position is 100% remote, permanent and contractors are currently not being considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the (link removed) platform
• Recommend alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates
• Participate in design sessions
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
• Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Propose creative, highly innovative solutions
• Provide support in fulfilling service requests
• Support release planning and deployment
• Maintain system KPIs to track trends in usage and data integrity
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, design, operations, and testing

Requirements

• Salesforce Developer Certification (401 and 501)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum
