Sepulveda Sanchez Law, a dynamic and compassionate law firm dedicated to upholding justice and serving injured clients, is seeking a talented SEO Specialist to optimize our online presence and drive traffic to our website. We believe in putting the team first, taking ownership of our work, empathizing with our clients, and constantly striving for improvement. This position requires two days per week onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and candidates must live within 100 miles of our Los Angeles, CA office.

As an SEO Specialist at Sepulveda Sanchez Law, you will play a vital role in enhancing our website's visibility on search engines, particularly Google, to ensure maximum exposure and generate valuable leads for injured clients. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest industry trends and techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, content creation, and analytics.

• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings while upholding our core values of client empathy and justice.
• Develop and implement effective link building strategies to increase website authority, referral traffic, and maintain clean backlink profiles.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, translating data into actionable insights.
• Manage off-page directory listings, profiles, and other relevant aspects to strengthen our online presence.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, applying them to continuously improve Sepulveda Sanchez Law's SEO performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals, further promoting our mission.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a law firm or other professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, allowing you to optimize campaigns with justice and client empathy in mind.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to inform data-driven decisions and strategies.
• Experience with website optimization and content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of SEO efforts with our online presence.
• Excellent copywriting skills to create compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data effectively to drive strategic SEO decisions in line with our core values.

The anticipated pay range for candidates in this position is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including years of experience within the job and the required industry, education, and alignment with our core values. Please note that Sepulveda Sanchez Law is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
