What You Will Do

Were looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Director who has experience with building and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. You are a digital marketing expert in paid media advertising, SEO, landing page design, conversion optimization, email marketing, and use of A/B testing to prove concepts and find creative ways to optimize your programs.

You will lead digital marketing initiatives across the website and chat that are focused on crafting an effortless experience for the user, driving engagement, and maximizing conversion. Your success will require a strong understanding of our customer segments and personas and how we engage with them in a meaningful way. You will have the chance to shape a highly visible area of TetraScience that directly impacts the growth of the business. You will also be part of a Marketing team, whose mission is to become the top global marketing team in the industry and position TetraScience as the leader in the Scientific Data Cloud category.

Oversee the strategy, day-to-day management and operations for various digital channels including the Paid Media (SEM), SEO, website, and analytics and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital programs.

  • Paid Media (SEM):
    • Manage the strategy, setup, budget, optimization and reporting of all paid media campaigns.
    • Plan and implement data-driven testing to optimize and personalize web experiences to increase lead conversions and pipeline.
    • Build landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through a variety of paid programs.
    • Drive, manage, monitor, and optimize digital media programs with key publications to expand our reach to relevant audiences.
    • Maintain the relationship with our chat platform and ad retargeting platform vendors and be the central point of contact for all requests.
    • Maintain grasp of competitive landscape, market opportunities, and digital trends across the digital experience and champion information dissemination across the org.
    • Monitor, understand, and report daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
  • SEO:
    • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO and develop comprehensive strategy to drive organic growth. Ensure organizational best practices and collaboration to achieve SEO objectives, including improving clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with our content creators to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned to our keyword space.
  • Analytics:
    • Partner with Business and Marketing Operations to establish reliable tracking and reporting for measuring digital campaigns and KPIs.
    • Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize number of leads, pipeline, revenue and lifetime value while minimizing cost of acquisition.
    • Continuously challenge the status quo and look for ways to take performance to new levels; Maintain a constant cadence of testing with rigor of measurement and analysis.
  • Digital & Web Strategy
    • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to lead intake and web prioritization to ensure the website remains up-to-date with industry best practices and supports key company initiatives and product launches. Establish processes to maintain the website like a product.
    • Partner with multiple teams (marketing, product, customer service, HR) to improve website digital experience by developing strategies and roadmaps that increase traffic, engagement, and improve conversions.
    • Target and message to different personas involved in the decision process throughout the buyer's journey and sales process.



  • Cross-team collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop integrated marketing plans and programs that fuel customer discovery, interest, engagement and retention.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and HR teams to have a holistic view of user experience across social media and develop social media strategy and calendar to ensure a targeted, consistent and effective communication flow to customers.
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
    • Translate project tasks and ensure stakeholder buy-in and prioritization across different teams in service to launching key projects.
    • Disseminate information to create visibility and collaborate on initiatives.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital B2B growth marketing with technology or SaaS companies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with paid marketing platforms, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter), and content distribution and placement networks.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM, conversion rate optimization, account-based marketing, and website management.
  • Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert prospects.
  • Data-driven analysis and optimization.
  • Handling digital marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Communicating with Sales and Marketing Leadership.
  • Experience with the following platforms/tools:
    • Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Content Syndication, plus UTM building and tracking
    • Google Analytics reporting
    • Sales Automation (i.e., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (i.e., Marketo, HubSpot)
    • Other digital tools: (i.e. Live Chat/Conversational Marketing, Asana, SEMrush)
