Client company seeking experienced VP level manager to oversee planning, management, and execution of all distribution-related functions to achieve division profitability goals.

You must be willing to:
Recommend distribution operating budget/capital expenditure requirement
Administer/monitor/control & develop the system & policies necessary to achieve effective expense control
Be accountable for compliance with Federal/State/local regulations by monitoring implementation & practice to ensure compliance
Maintain positive teammate relations/promote Open-Door policy
Develop excellent business relationships with customers

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS/BA required
Minimum 10 years progressively responsible supply chain experience
Minimum 4 years of planning/analytical, and/or reporting experience
Experience leading distribution/transportation staffs
Background in hiring/training/motivating employees/resolving relations issues
Detailed understanding of financial statements/resulting cost implications
Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint)
