Job TitleSupply Chain Manager Job Description Join our growing team to evaluate and create end-to-end (E2E) supply chain and project planning concepts and scenarios aligningwith ourbusiness strategy, while partnering with theNorth America Region (NAR), Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Group expertsto translate strategic business plans into operational excellence in Market-to-Order (M2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Your role:
To lead process management efforts to ensure there are clear handoffs and ownership in each step in the supply chain to reduce defective arrivals. Actively drive E2E value stream integration by identifying value drivers and encouraging cross-functional collaboration to improve operational excellence and customer value. Cooperate with NAR,Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Group specialists and partners to reach consensus.
Improve processes and provide sustainable solutions to the responsible organization in their daily operations.Drive NAR and Supply Chain process improvement to support tactical, budgetary, and operational strategies.Consult with IT and platform specialists to understand needs and approve IT solution designs.
Promote continuous improvement by using LEAN and Philips Excellence Practices.Actively promotes quality and develops ways to boost customer happiness and efficiency. Persuade and negotiate to find answers. Perform other tasks and projects as directed.

You're the right fit if:
Youve acquired 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, project planning and scheduling, logistics and distribution management with demonstrated ability to lead cross functionally to achieve overall business objectives.
Your skills include the ability to manage cross-functionally with an emphasis on continuous improvement and LEAN methodology and a thorough understanding of supply chain principles and their financial implications.
You have a Bachelor of Science or Business Degree (preferred); Masters, (a plus)
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Youre an excellent communicator with the capacity to lead with a continuous improvement and lean attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, have a flexible work style, a creative mind, and the ability to think outside the box.
