Temenos USA, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Analyst at its Lake Mary, FL location (may be required to travel/telecommute).

DUTIES: Responsible for delivering technical services and best practices advice on the Temenos Transact (T24) Arrangement Architecture (“AA”) software products and modules to financial institutions throughout all stages including product design, development, analysis and support. Run queries, debug, and troubleshoot defects. Perform software installations and upgrades. Provide customer support and technical issue resolution. Answer product and process related questions posed by customer. Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern. Recommend changes in software to improve user functionality and eliminate problems. Contribute to the design and development of upcoming versions. Provide classroom trainings on “AA”. Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for Temenos Transact (T24) AA modules to ensure that the team learns every aspect of the tool; Perform root cause analysis on the contracts reported in proprietary “AASSURE” and develop generic correction routines to enable fixes. Assist in technical implementation issues. May require travel/telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field plus 60 months experience in job offered, Software Engineer, Module Lead, or related technical occupation. Employer requires five years progressive post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include: 1) Temenos Transact (T24), 2) Temenos Arrangement Architecture, and 3) Temenos AASSURE.
