DUTIES: Provide specialized implementation services related to Temenos’ proprietary T24 Transact banking software platform and related banking technologies and solutions, specifically our newest and advanced AA (Arrangement Architecture) proprietary module. Maximize and customize Temenos' T24 Transact banking system performance. Provide customer support and problem resolution for technical issues with Temenos software, reported by US and Canada clients during and post implementation. Provide solutions to issues related to products T24 Transact and US Cloud banking focused on products such as AA, US Features, Delivery and Interfaces (OFS, DFE, TWS). Analyze T24 software defects and prepare Analysis document with complete technical analysis, indicating the reason and resolution for cases raised by client for the development team to address business requirement as per client needs. Package correction software and create a software installation document and procedure to execute the correction programs. Test the developed correction programs before they are deployed to the client’s live system and ensure the alignment between corrections and requirements. Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field plus 60 months experience in job offered or in a Technical Consultant, Module Lead, or computer-related occupation. Also required is 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate work experience, which must include: 1) Temenos Application Framework Java (“TAFJ”), 2) Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (“AA”), 3) Temenos Enterprise Console, 4) T24 Data migration, 5) T24 Interfaces, 6) T24 Transact software, banking/ financial software application, 7) Temenos Credit Bureau Reporting module, 8) Temenos Non-Sufficient Funds module, and 9) Temenos T24 Integration Framework.
