Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent within the medical industry, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. You will be responsible for utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to source, screen, and interview potential candidates. You will work closely with the US Recruitment team to identify staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a US healthcare recruiter. Knowledge of US healthcare hiring practices, including. familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with recruiting for remote and telecommute positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems. Experience with immigration and visa process for international hires.
