Role:Business Analyst
Location: Chanhassan,MN

Perform analysis of complex business needs and facilitate requirement, both functional and technical, gathering sessions for digital healthcare products.
Conduct backlog grooming sessions, define features and stories, and create mature product backlog as per program roadmap and business priorities.
Work with product teams to evaluate how client busines needs, regulations and policies, procedures and standards, and privacy and security, effect softwares and hardwares that are being developed.
Actively participate in pre-release discussions, release planning, and sprint planning sessions.
Ensure translation of business needs to IT requirements, and prepare PRD, FSD, KPIs, mapping documents, and other project related documents.
Act as a liaison between scrum team, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Document and create user stories (business/technical/compliance) for web based, and mobile (Android/IOS) applications.
Participate in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, demo and retrospective) and act as a subject matter expert for product development related queries.
Work with cross functional teams to identify and capture dependencies, risks and assumptions.
Work with external partners to conduct UAT testing and carry out rollout activities.
Deliver high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business needs.
Perform research related activities and maintain knowledge of current digital healthcare trends.

Required Skills:

Proven experience working as BA in medical/healthcare domain (Preferred is Digital Healthcare).
Experience working as BA/PO in scrum agile/SAFe agile framework and performing BA related activities.
Proven experience in gathering functional, non-functional, UI/UX and technical requirements.
Experience in documenting and creating user stories (business/technical) for web based, and mobile (Android/IOS) applications.
Ability to analyze enterprise architecture, understand integration touch points and capture business rules and data transformation logic.
Experience in working closely with product owners and scrum teams to analyze existing product implementation and enhancements.
Has sound knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within medical/healthcare software development, validation, and testing.
Proven ability to communicate professionaly and effectively in oral and written format, along with the ability to think analytically and solve problems as required.
Ability to manage complex projects, coordinating the multitasking of self and individuals who do not have a reporting relationship to you.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with diverse personalities and skill sets.
