Hourly Rate: $34 W2; $39 CTC/1099
Job Description:
No travel is required. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 position.
The purpose of the positions will be to create training content (online and live classroom training) to support organizational initiatives and business units. Strong content development skills needed. Instructional design and technical knowledge needed. This position will support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Must be professional.
DHB prefers experience with following tools: Adobe Articulate & Camtasia, MS Teams, Zoom. If candidates have experience with developing HR & Manager curriculums, creating training videos and microlearning, a plus.
This position works with: Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialist, Learning and Development Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant and an Administrative Support Specialist.
Required Skills:
Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners (3 years) Understands the social services programs that drive the efforts of the county, regional, and state staff who administer those programs. (3 years) Strong content development skills needed. (3 years) Instructional design and technical knowledge needed (3 years) Adobe Articulate 360 (5 years) This position will support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. (3 years) Preferred tools: Adobe Articulate & Camtasia, MS Teams, Zoom (5 years)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with adult learning practices, principles and procedures in classroom and on-line presentations (5 years)
