Job Title: RPA_Bot support Senior Lead/ Technical Manager
Location: SFO, CA/ Remote For Now
Duration: Long Term
Job Responsibilities:
RPA Bot support lead with strong knowledge in Blue Prism with 8+ years of experience in development and support
Technical Skills:
Must have strong knowledge in RPA Blue prism and certified Blue prism developer
Hands on experience in development of automation script using Blue Prism
Strong experience in supporting Blue Prism automated process
SQL programming skills and knowledge of SQL Server
Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networks and security configurations
Exposure to Web Development technologies (JavaScript/HTML/ XML/ Json)
Basic knowledge in Python scripting
Basic knowledge in Foxtrot RPA development and support
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge in using support tools like Service Now
Experience in managing Bot support team
Process Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
Strong customer service skills
Strong ticket and priority management skills
Knowledge of financial services industry is strong plus
Behavioral Skills:
Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
Ability to work in an offshore/onsite model with continuous and regular communication
Qualification:
B.E. or equivalent with relevant experience
