Support, maintain and develop the existing System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM) infrastructure in use at IEDDC (Infrastructure & Economic Development Delivery Center).

Complete Description:

Candidate will maintain and enhance the existing SCCM infrastructure, in addition to participating in the design, implementation and migration to future versions of SCCM. Candidate must also be able to plan, create (repackage with AdminStudio as needed), deploy and monitor SCCM application packages and OSD task sequences to IEDDC devices. Candidate will deploy monthly Microsoft security updates using SCCM and maintain security compliancy of all networked systems. Candidate will develop custom reports, queries, and inventory data as it is requested. Candidate will also develop and maintain detailed SCCM system process documentation.

Essential Responsibilities

Create and maintain workstation images

Manage SCCM application deployments

Monitor and report on deployment status

Monitor and manage distribution points

Be a backup to the Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) engineer

Assist remote IT support teams with use of the SCCM console and other functions

Create scripts in PowerShell and batch for custom app deployments and automation tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum (3) years of experience in a SCCM Systems Administrator role
