We have partnered with a manufacturing service solutions company in the Aston, PA area to provide with a Production Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Production Administrator:
Coordinate and document all activities utilizing an ERP/MRP system in accordance with AS9100 and ISO 9000 procedures. Maintain all administrative records as required and meet deadlines for submission. Track job status of all open work orders utilizing our ERP and crystal reports then update appropriate personnel. Coordinate with department supervisors as needed on their areas of responsibility in relation to drawing packages to discuss concerns. Assist the process engineer with Maintaining Engineering/ Work Order Masters within the Infor VISUAL ERP based on approved process change requests. Review of subcontract budget and processes on an individual work order level to analyze if we can do work in house and/or need alternate quotations and lead times. Watermark blueprints in the PDS system when appropriate Assist with creating data lists for blueprints as needed. Assist with loading prints to the Paperless Drawing System as needed. Work with all departments to maintain and continually update the master scheduler. Assist the process engineer in development of the optimum sequence of work performed internally and externally to maintain on time deliveries. Prepare work orders for release and track status of all work orders. Effectively communicate status of raw material, work in process, and finished goods and help to move everything quickly through the manufacturing process. Complete other duties assigned by Manager Requirements of the Production Administrator:
- HS Diploma/GED NEEDED--Associates Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience performing production documentation work in an ISO9000 manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowlege and proficiency of ERP / MRP systems
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus
- Able to read blueprints needed
