Detailed Job Description
1. Candidate with experience of Contact Center and IVR system (link removed) aria-hidden="true" /> 2. Hands on experience using Cyara tool
3. Knowledge of Call flows using VISIO (link removed) aria-hidden="true" /> 4. Experience working with Agile methodology.
5. Experience in all testing life cycle.
6. Review the Visio document and update the changes.
7. Review the Call flow Visio and report any mismatch with Prod and Prime version's
