This position is a hybrid between front desk and aesthetician. Primary work as a patient care coordinator with the ability to participate in the sales of cosmetics and cosmetic procedures..

An ideal candidate will have a history in aesthetics or other healthcare fields, and be patient-focused. We are looking to fill a Full-Time position located in the Bellevue office of Dr. Kristin Tarbet, Oculofacial Plastic Surgery and med-spa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide amazing customer service to our patients and support front office daily operations.
• Reception duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and preparing charts for providers.
• Promote providers with all calls and upsell procedures/products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to eloquently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication for exemplary customer service
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, and Windows environment
• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask
• Have the flexibility to help in all areas and effectively work in a team environment
• Maintain a professional presentation, and patient confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail

• At least 1 year of aesthetic experience is strongly preferred or aesthetician licensure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and follow through on tasks to completion
