Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Management (55%)

Develops project plans from high level to technical details, plan and estimate milestones and activities, identify and manage task effort, duration and role/skillsets per activity.
Actively participates in solution definition, design, validation, and implementation.
Strong risk management skills to properly identify risks and issues effectively, propose strategies and workarounds to mitigate risks and minimize impact to schedule and/or budget.
Lead and manage cross functional project team in delivering projects.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Partnering with IT Leadership and/or Business (30%)

Collaborates with D&IT Leadership team and/or business partners to determine opportunities and priorities.
Scopes and structures initiatives into IT projects. Performs requirements gathering.
Works with D&IT Leadership/business to provide status updates, open issues and resolutions.
Effectively communicate technical decisions/issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Others (15%)

Identifies and executes continuous improvements to process and systems
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
Provides day-to-day system support to users
Prepares and provides project status

Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience working with Technology and Business Strategy
3+ years of enterprise program and/or project management experience
Proven experience in business architecture, process mapping and stakeholder identification and alignment
Ability to take charge and orchestrate work, facilitate decisions, and collaborate with digital product leadership to drive the actions necessary to achieve desired results
Strong leadership and analytical skills with outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to lead, collaborate, influence, and coordinate activities in a cross functional, team-oriented environment to deliver technology applications or technical products
Ability to understand and discuss digital concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Demonstrated results showing ability to thrive in a growth-driven and fast-paced organization
Experience with scaling scrum (ex. Scrum@Scale or LeSS) a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of project management and change management concepts: ITIL, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma Concepts preferred.
